CSEET Passing Criteria 2025
ICSI specifies the minimum qualifying marks for CSEET 2025. To gain admission in CS Executive course, candidates must meet the passing criteria set by ICSI. The minimum marks required to qualify for the exam are called the CSEET passing criteria 2025.
To qualify for the CSEET exam, candidates must score a minimum of 40% marks on each paper. The overall aggregate score should be 50% for all papers. Candidates who achieve the passing criteria are declared to “Pass” in the ICSI CSEET exam.

What after ICSI CSEET result?
Candidates who have qualified the CSEET exam can move a step further and apply for the CS Executive course. Candidates can either directly apply from the smash portal of ICSI or visit the online services menubar on the ICSI’s official website. The CS Executive is the second level of Company Secretary. Students, in their CS journey will have to first clear the CSEET exam. After clearing the CSEET exam, students will have to qualify CS Executive level. The CS Professional exam is the final level that students need to clear to become a Company Secretary.

Hello,
The entrance requirements for the CS executive programme have been updated by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates will no longer be required to take the CS Executive Entrance Test if they have a graduate or postgraduate degree (CSEET). Direct admission to the CS executive programme will be available to them.
So, it is not compulsory to CSEET for bcom graduate.
